I came to Maggie feeling uninspired and stuck in a role that I had held for five years. I knew I wanted a shift in my career, but I was not sure where I wanted to go or how to get there. Maggie’s three pronged approach of Soul Search, Research, and Job Search was integral to helping me define and visualize my ideal job, giving me a north star to work towards. Maggie realized that I was struggling to define what I wanted out of my career, and suggested we invest heavily in the Soul Searching phase. Her guidance was spot on, and once I had a goal to work backwards from, the rest fell into place.

When we moved onto the Research phase, Maggie connected me with her wonderful network and gave me the opportunity to discuss my career interests with people already in those fields and roles. These discussions helped me to further narrow down the list of roles I was interested in and identify gaps in my skills to make a career shift. As I moved into the Job Search phase, Maggie was a much needed sounding board to talk through the opportunities I was finding. We reviewed each opportunity within the context of my Soul Search and Research findings, ensuring that my next job aligned with my interests and overall career goals. Maggie is resoundingly positive! Maggie is extremely knowledgeable, warm, passionate, and generous, which made the process of working with her fulfilling from the intro call to our last session.
